Design and Features:
In terms of design and styling, the Duke 390 looks more or less similar to the Duke 200. It is quite difficult to find out the difference when the two bikes are on the road. Though, the Duke 390 features slightly larger tank, lightly lower positioned seat and different stickers and paint job. The bike looks more rugged than the smaller siblings. There are black lines that run from the rear brakes, trellis and other parts look different, while the contrasting orange trellis and the orange wheels make the wiring visible. Features like ABS (Anti-Lock Braking System) and Metzelers come as standard on the bike.
On the flip side, the Dominar 400 Cruiser Sport’s design is inspired from the Ducati Diavel. This performance bike also shares its styling cues with the 200NS, but is slightly bigger in proportion. The bike has large LED headlamp and well-designed front cowl with a sweptback visor. It comes equipped with a split instrument cluster with two units, gear shift indicator with white backlight. The bike also gets an LCD display on the fuel tank. Talking about features, the Bajaj Dominar has stepped saddle seat, signature Pulsar twin-slash LED taillights and larger alloy wheels.
Bike should i prefer you to buy ?
Duke 390 is for speed fans, not for practical usage (To make it practical, you’ll have to work hard). Bajaj Dominar is purely for daily ride bike. The decent amount of power, decent mileage (claimed 30 kmpl), comfortable riding position and cheaper cost makes Bajaj Dominar a winner.
If you are not power hungry, then never think about Duke 390, it’s purely for enthusiasts.
